Mr. James C. Lin is a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell and is a Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He is also a member of the Harvard Law School Leadership Council of Asia and the Advisory Board of Asia Society (Hong Kong), and an overseer of Morningside College at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Lin is teaching “Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital and Law in China” this semester.
