We were delighted to welcome Ewan Smith (LL.M. 2003) back to campus this week. On May 10, a group of faculty, Visiting Scholars and students gathered to discuss Ewan’s current book project, which examines the nature of unwritten constitutions, how they relate to written constitutions and why we should tolerate them, focusing on the U.S., U.K. and China.
