Harvard Law School China Law Association (student organization) event:

Join CLA and Lambda for a panel discussion on LGBTQIA+ activism and advocacy in China! The panel will feature three speakers:

• Yanhui Peng, who has led groundbreaking LGBTQIA+ rights litigation in China, including a consumer fraud litigation against a “conversion therapist”
• Mingyue Gao, who is a partner at Guantao Law Firm in China, and who recently represented a Chinese lesbian woman in an action against her ex-wife for custody for their child
• Ying Xin, who was the director of the Beijing LGBT Center for a decade before becoming a Program Manager for the Global LGBTQI+ Human Rights Program at HKS’s Carr-Ryan Center
